Drywall Installation

construction worker doing commercial drywall installation

There is usually quite a bit that goes into proper drywall installation. We are going to be able to cover the entire process if you are a client of ours. On other occasions, we are going to be called in when the framework and the insulation are taken care of. In these cases, we are just basically going to be putting up the drywall panels. At the end of the day, we are not really concerned with what building stage if you will be at when you give us a call. Just know that we are going to be able to help no matter what exactly it is that you need us to do.

Framework

We sort of feel like what we talked about in the first paragraph is not clear enough. So we wanted to make sure you understand what we can do with regards to the framework. If you want to turn your garage into another full room we are going to be able to help. Literally turning your garage door into another wall. What a lot of people are going to do is just put drywall panels over the door. That is not always the best way to go. You may be putting too much weight on the door. Sooner or later it may collapse. That is one of the reasons why you would need a proper framework to literally hold the door together.

Are All Drywall Panels The Same?

Setting up drywall seems easy enough on paper to the point where a lot of people go to store and buy everything that they think they will need to try it out themselves. For us, the process is just so detail-oriented that it can be tough when you make certain mistakes. Not all drywall panels are going to be the same. The frame that you have set up needs to be able to hold up the panels that you chose. That is just one of the things that you would have to consider.

Where Can We Install Drywall Panels?

We actually handle all sorts of jobs. Usually what we are going to be charged with is turning a garage into a room, turning a crawl space into a room or attic the same way. We are also going to be able to help tear down the existing drywall and build back up. We have gotten some pretty odd requests over the years no doubt about it. We doubt that your request is going to surprise us.

Is There A Curing Process For Drywall?

A lot of people want to know when they can move in or back in after we are done with a project. To be honest, what is going to take a little longer maybe the painting process. If you are going to want to paint the panels after they are set up which is going to happen 99.9% of the time because you are going to want to cover joint points and all that. You may want to wait until that is dried up so maybe 2 days after painting is a good idea.
